Not only did 38 Grierson Rd sell, it broke all the records for the highest sale in the neighborhood for a 2 bedroom bungalow.
Now you may think how is that possible? Let me explain... for the most park the public thinks that the winter time is a slow time for real estate, and they all wait until spring time to list their homes. Well the problem with that is come spring time EVERYONE lists their home and there is so much competition usually the cheapest homes sell.
In the Winter months it is true that inventory is low but that just means less competition. People still buys homes in the winter, in fact, the people looking to buy a home in the winter are SERIOUS buyers. They have already sold their home or MUST buy a home quickly. That brings me back to 38 Grierson Rd. With low inventory in the area I was able to negotiate the highest neighborhood sale price. I found the buyer myself and sold the home in 5 days.
